Social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram have been monetizing their audiences with native ads ‘in-feed’ for a long time now, and the publishing industry is quickly jumping on board by launching new advertising integrations on desktop and mobile. Designed to match the visual design of the environment they live within, native ads are working well for both brand and publishers because they look & feel like natural content.
But are all native ads equal? Do they work better than standard display ads, and how do they fit into a wider digital campaign?
