Worse Delivery ever

This company is a joke! I regret that I purchased furniture from them. I’ve been dealing with their customer service for quite sometimes now. The customer service rep was ok she helped but somewhere in the process the delivery didn’t happen for three times I was promised. I confirmed multiple times and they send multiple confirmation notices one after the other. I confirmed all of them but yet the delivery didn’t happen. The delivery people are rude too, they wouldn’t build the furnitures I paid in full for them to build it. Yesterday, May 3, 2020 they promised to deliver the furniture after three failed deliveries. We waited within the time they promised to deliver but they never came and no calls of any kind. The furnitures are kind of scratchy too and the four dining chairs are taken from the store display. They were delivered all bare from plastic wrappings, this means that they are not brand new. I asked the delivery people to please use their booties to cover their street shoes before entering my house, but they refused and went inside anyway. I had sign in front of my door that reads
“ No street shoes inside the house due to covid19. We provide slippers for your convenience”. They ignored my signs. I’m also glad that I cancelled the tempurpedic bed I ordered from them. I’m very disgusted and disappointed. Never again I’ll buy from them.

Excellent management

We went to find furniture two nights before Xmas. I was having all of my kids 3 boys with two wives and three gradkids all together which happens very little. We had a new home and I was desperate for furniture before that day. We found exactly what we both wanted he loved the price I loved thd look so everyone was happy until they told us I’m sorry we can’t sell it to you off the floor and we can’t get it here in time. We went all around can we go get it in Jax where they are shipping it from no I’m sorry they want be there tomorrow. Finally this manager came over asked what she might could do to help she had just been promoted and she deserved it Ashely got themselves one heck of a store manager in the Brunswick location. Within min she had us paying for our new furniture and everyone was helping us load of into the trailer. It’s beautiful and everyone loves it!!! Thanks for the great service we will be back!!!

Not a good experience

When I was looking for my bedroom suite the salesman told me about the price match. I ended up settling with Ashley. Couple days later Royal Furniture has my items on sale and Ashley would not price match without putting it on a 12 month finance plan. Their terms they insisted. Delivered was scheduled, I waited all day. Ashley calls around 6p and says the truck broke down and I would have to reschedule. After 3 days they send a text with a schedule date of 2 more weeks of waiting. I was furious! How inconsiderate! I should have been on the top of the list for the next day of delivery!! It was Ashley fault not mine.
I don’t think I will be using them any more in the near future. They seem not to care about their customers just the dollar they make. When we stop spending with them, and they bankrupt, they will then see the importance of customer service.
